Amithabha Foundation is transforming the lives of orphaned and underprivileged children through education, shelter, healthcare, nutrition — and hope.
Every rupee is directed straight to a child's shelter, schooling or study support.
A girl child sent into domestic work, a boy in a tea-shop kitchen — these are not failures of the child. They are what happens when a community looks away. Amithabha Foundation was founded to stop looking away: keeping children in school, bringing dropouts back, and giving deserving students the shelter, materials and care they need.

Residential care, food, clothing and daily support for orphaned and extremely underprivileged children.

Fees, books, uniforms and merit scholarships for children at our Home and deserving students in the community.

After-school study support for children from low-income families across Saroor Nagar, open to all.

Life skills, health awareness and vocational guidance sessions for teenage girls and young women.

Amithabha Foundation is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Regd. No. 145/IV/2017), holds Income Tax registration under Section 12AB, and is registered with NGO Darpan. Our accounts are audited annually and our activities are reported year-wise.
Sponsor a student, fund a full year of education, or give what you can — every rupee goes directly into a child's shelter, schooling or study support.
